This is the time of year that Big Blue Bug Solutions receives calls that sound something like this “My groomer just called and said that my dog is infested with fleas, we are treating him through our veterinarian, but they said we would need to have our house treated as well. Making sure to regularly vacuum and wash floors and carpets.

Try to keep pets off of furniture or your beds. However, if you just can’t give up snuggling Fido, routinely vacuum furniture and washing your bedding.

Deter wild animals from your property that may be introducing fleas to it and don’t feed squirrels or deer. Yep, it’s best to take down bird feeders, or place them at the edge of your property.
