Boston Marathon bombing survivor Heather Abbott, her friend Drystan McClain and RI State Police Trooper Roupen Bastajian kicked off the holiday season in New England by lighting the Big Blue Bug! Three incredible Rhode Islanders that personify resilience, inspiration and bravery. It's the 21st straight year Nibbles Woodaway has been dressed up like Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.

Your serviceman, Scott Goldman, just left my home after treatment for several problems I was having. He did such an efficient job and in a pleasant and accommodating way. He was neat and courteous and helpful.

It's people like Scott that will keep me coming back to the Big Blue Bug.
