Goodwill comes in many forms. Many companies build goodwill by showing how they give back to their community. They will announce that they donate a portion of their proceeds to cure cancer, or that they help to spay and neuter the pet population (yes, we did just make a Price is a Right reference). Successful businesses know that goodwill directly affects revenue.

Here in South Portland, we love our summers. The winters in Maine can sometimes stay a lot longer than we'd like, and when the days start warming up, we want to get outside. And, they don't call Maine Vacation Land for nothing! It is beautiful out there in our slice of nature!

You're not imagining things. Studies have shown that mosquitoes really do prefer one person over the next. If you have type O blood, those little suckers will love you for it. And, mosquitoes find some people more appetizing because of the genetic makeup of their skin. There isn't a lot you can do about these two factors. But there are some ways we attract mosquitoes that can be helped.

In Worcester, Providence and other New England communities we know summer has arrived when the mosquitoes start biting. In fact, we joke that there’s a fifth season in our region – mosquito season!
